Polarization is reaching a critical point in America and globally.  The way we conduct elections plays an important part in intensifying polarization – which means we can change it.  New Hampshire stands ready to do its part.  This seminar aims to accomplish two things:
• Examine what is causing polarization
• Explore reforms that may help, namely ranked-choice voting
