This is a chance to invite people who are new to RCV to come hear the basics of ranked choice voting, including the benefits and the problems it solves.  Hear about other states using RCV, and about the nonpartisan effort to bring ranked choice voting to NH via our legislative process.  There will be time for discussion and Q & A.  Ellen Read, a third-term state representative from Newmarket and NH RCV Board member, is a repeated prime sponsor of RCV legislation in NH and will be leading the presentation.
